Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, we want people to be able to access quality mental health services in a timely way, and do not want financial concerns to stand in the way of people getting the care they need. Contact us about our sliding scale option.
How long does each therapy session take?
A typical therapy session lasts between 45-50 minutes. The first session is a bit longer, about 60 minutes.
What techniques do you use?
We work with our clients to develop measurable goals for therapy. We utilize a variety of techniques in therapy, and every session is tailored to the specific client. There is no one-size-fits-all in therapy. We frequently use cognitive behavioral skills, TF-CBT, Brainspotting, and EMDR, based on what the needs of the client.
Where are you located?
Our office is located at 5107 East Superior Street in Duluth. You can park in the parking lot behind the building, and there is an entrance with a Northbrook sign that takes you into the waiting room.
